These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SlotRadar website at https://slotradar.io (the “Service”). The Service is operated by SlotRadar (“SlotRadar”, “we”, “us”, “our”), an independent data project. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information about your rights, limitations on our liability, and the rules that govern your use of the Service. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Methodology.

1. Definitions

  • “Content” means all data, rankings, charts, narratives, articles, images, video, and other material published on the Service.
  • “Live Data” means the time-series statistics derived from real-time betting feeds — including live RTP, Hot Score, bet volume, win rate, and payout multipliers — published on entity detail pages and ranking hubs.
  • “Partner Casino” means a third-party crypto-casino operator whose betting feed SlotRadar tracks and which may also be an affiliate partner.
  • “You” and “Your” refer to the individual or entity accessing the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service in any way — including browsing pages, clicking links, viewing data, or sending an email to a SlotRadar address — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. About SlotRadar

SlotRadar is an independent data project that tracks live betting activity across selected crypto-casino operators, normalises the data into a single currency model, and publishes rankings, analytics, time-series charts, and editorial commentary based on that data. SlotRadar is comparable in posture to a financial-data publisher: we report truth about a market, we do not opine on individual products.

SlotRadar is not a casino, a sportsbook, a payment service, or a gambling operator of any kind. We do not accept bets, hold customer funds, or operate any gambling product. See §10 for the complete “No Gambling Services” disclaimer.

4. Eligibility & Age Requirement

The Service is intended for users aged 18 years or older. By using the Service you represent that you are at least 18, and that the laws of your jurisdiction permit you to access information about gambling and online casinos at your current age. Where local law sets a higher minimum age for gambling-related information (for example certain US states, parts of Canada, or specific Nordic jurisdictions), you must satisfy that higher threshold to use the Service.

We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to use the Service. If you believe a child under 18 has been using the Service, please contact [email protected].

5. Editorial Independence and Data Integrity

SlotRadar's rankings reflect live betting data, never commercial relationships. The following commitments are load-bearing to our brand and to your interpretation of the Service:

  • No paid placement. No Partner Casino, slot provider, or studio can pay to rank higher, lower, or at all. There is no paid placement inside any ranking, ever.
  • Affiliate links live below the data. Where we earn a commission, the affiliate call-to-action is a separate visual element below the rankings — it has no bearing on the numbers above it.
  • Editorial follows the data. Our news and analysis describe what the data shows; the data is never bent to fit a story.

When trust and revenue pull in different directions, trust wins. It is the only position from which the data means anything.

6. Affiliate Relationships and Compensation

Some links on SlotRadar are affiliate links. When you click through to a Partner Casino and subsequently sign up or deposit, SlotRadar may receive a commission. Affiliate links are clearly marked with rel=“nofollow sponsored” attributes and the affiliate disclosure is visible in the site footer on every page.

Casinos appear in our rankings based on data eligibility — independent of whether we have an affiliate relationship with them. We may include a casino in the rankings without a clickable affiliate link if no affiliate agreement is in place. The opposite is also true: an affiliate agreement does not earn a casino a ranking position. Rankings are determined by live data; affiliate links sit on top of that data, never inside it.

Affiliate compensation does not influence the data we publish, the rankings we produce, or the verdict tier assigned to any slot, provider, or casino. See §5 above.

7. Use of the Service

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, and for the licensed citation purposes described in §8. You may not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest the Service at a rate that interferes with normal operation, or use automated tools that bypass our published robots.txt and rate limits.
  • Republish entire pages, full ranking tables, or large derivative datasets without the written permission described in §8.
  • Misrepresent the source of SlotRadar data when citing it externally.
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, our infrastructure, or any related systems.
  • Use the Service to facilitate underage gambling, problem gambling, or gambling in jurisdictions where it is illegal.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or its networks (including through denial-of-service attacks, injection, or exploitation of vulnerabilities).

8. Intellectual Property & Citation License

All Content on the Service is owned by SlotRadar or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, database rights, and similar laws. The SlotRadar name, brand mark, and visual identity are trademarks of SlotRadar.

Citation License (granted to anyone, no registration required): SlotRadar data and short prose excerpts may be cited, quoted, and referenced — including by journalists, researchers, AI search engines, AI assistants, and other websites — under the following conditions:

  • Attribution. The citation must credit SlotRadar by name.
  • Source link. The citation must include a clickable link back to the specific SlotRadar URL the data was drawn from (or to https://slotradar.io when a specific URL is not applicable).
  • Snapshot timestamp preserved. When citing a specific live-data figure, preserve the “as of [date / hour UTC]” anchor that accompanies the figure on the source page, so readers understand the number is point-in-time.
  • Reasonable extent. The citation should be a reasonable excerpt, not an attempt to copy entire pages, full ranking tables, or substantial portions of our database. Citation does not extend to wholesale republication.

We explicitly welcome AI search engines (Perplexity, ChatGPT search, Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot, Claude, and similar) to cite SlotRadar data under the conditions above. The Citation License is irrevocable for good-faith citations that accurately reflect our data at the time of citation. Honest typographical errors or minor rounding differences do not void the license; deliberate misrepresentation of our data does.

For commercial use beyond citation — including but not limited to data syndication, embeddable widgets, white-label products, API access, or republication of full pages or datasets — please contact [email protected] to discuss a licensing arrangement.

9. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

SlotRadar reports observed activity from third-party betting feeds. We take reasonable care to normalise and aggregate this data accurately, but we cannot guarantee that any specific figure is free from error caused by feed interruption, third-party API quirks, casino-side configuration changes, currency conversion edge cases, or other factors outside our control. Live data is point-in-time and is subject to revision as new data arrives.

All Content is provided for informational purposes only. Past performance — whether of a slot, a provider, or a casino — does not guarantee future performance. SlotRadar Hot Scores, RTP figures, and other analytical outputs are summary statistics, not guarantees, recommendations, or financial advice.

Where you spot an error in our data, please report it to [email protected] with the specific URL and observation. We log and review every correction request.

10. No Gambling Services

SlotRadar does not operate any gambling service, sportsbook, casino, lottery, or wagering product. SlotRadar does not accept bets, hold customer funds, take deposits, process payments, issue payouts, distribute bonuses, or settle wagers.

We publish information about and link to third-party Partner Casinos for the purpose of informing readers about the live state of the crypto-slots market. Any gambling activity you choose to undertake at a Partner Casino is between you and that casino. SlotRadar is not a party to any gambling contract between you and any operator.

SlotRadar is accessible globally, but online gambling is regulated differently in every jurisdiction. The Service is not directed to and is not intended for use by individuals in jurisdictions where access to online gambling information, or use of the Partner Casinos linked from the Service, would be unlawful.

It is your responsibility to verify that your use of the Service and any third-party Partner Casino is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction before clicking through. SlotRadar does not warrant that the Service or any linked Partner Casino is appropriate or available for use in any particular location. By using the Service, you affirm that you are doing so in a jurisdiction where such use is lawful.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

13. User Content

SlotRadar does not currently host user-submitted content. If we add such features in future, additional terms will be published before the feature goes live.

14. Third-Party Links

The Service contains links to third-party websites, including Partner Casinos and slot demo providers. SlotRadar is not responsible for the content, terms of service, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Once you click through to a third-party site, your interaction with that site is governed by that site's own terms.

15. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SLOTRADAR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR TIMELINESS.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY DATA, RANKING, OR ANALYTICAL OUTPUT IS ACCURATE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR THAT FUTURE RESULTS WILL RESEMBLE PAST RESULTS.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SLOTRADAR, ITS OPERATOR, CONTRIBUTORS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR LOSSES INCURRED AT A THIRD-PARTY PARTNER CASINO — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF SLOTRADAR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT WILL SLOTRADAR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED EURO ONE HUNDRED (€100). THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF THE LIMITED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages — in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SlotRadar, its operator, contributors, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or access to the Service in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any third-party right; or (c) any gambling activity you undertake at a Partner Casino reached via the Service.

18. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

19. Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL, with the “Last reviewed” date at the top updated to reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 14 days. Your continued use of the Service after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice or cause, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are using the Service in a way that creates risk for SlotRadar or for other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (§§8, 15, 16, 17, 21, 22) will survive.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable at the principal place of operation of SlotRadar's operator, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where local mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides you with greater protection, that law applies to the extent legally required.

22. Dispute Resolution

Before bringing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] with a clear written description of the dispute and a proposed resolution, and to negotiate in good faith for at least sixty (60) days. This good-faith negotiation requirement does not apply where you have a non-waivable right to immediate judicial relief.

23. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Methodology, constitute the entire agreement between you and SlotRadar regarding the Service.
  • Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  • No assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to a successor entity.
  • Headings. Section headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.
  • No agency. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and SlotRadar.
